Corrections
The most useful message you can send. Tell us the page, the sentence, and what is wrong with it. If it is a factual error about a standard or a regulation, a pointer to the source is welcome but not required. We correct promptly and we do not quietly delete.
Conditions file requests
If you do something outdoors that we have not covered and where sun protection behaves differently, tell us what happens and what fails. Coaching, guiding, instructing and outdoor work all produce knowledge that does not exist in any standard, and that is exactly the material this publication is built from.
What we cannot help with
- Anything about your own skin, a mole, a mark or a burn. That is a GP or a pharmacist, and we mean that as practical advice rather than as a disclaimer.
- Recommending a product. We do not name, rate or rank any product, ever.
- Reviewing a sample. Please do not send products. They will not be reviewed, mentioned or returned.
- Paid placement in an article, a mention or a link. Not available at any price. See our editorial standards.
